Dr. Raju Sangani

CHAIRMAN

Dr. Raju Sangani is a true pioneer in the Indian education sector! He’s the founder and chairman of THE MASTERMINDS, an exceptional academic institute that’s setting benchmarks in the country. He is the Co-founder of Krishnaveni Talent Schools, Chairman and Founder of OAKLEY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS & Little Masters – a pre-school wing. His journey began with a small mathematics coaching centre in 1985, and today, he’s credited with establishing over 450 schools across India.

A strategic and forward-thinking individual with a deep commitment to redefining educational experiences, Kashif brings a strong blend of business strategy, leadership, and purpose-driven vision to the education sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Cardiff University, and has been involved in multiple leadership and consulting roles that shaped his analytical, operational, and innovation-driven approach.
With a passion for building institutions that are both impactful and future-ready, Kashif focuses on crafting learning environments where children feel inspired, supported, and empowered to grow. His background in strategy enables him to view education not just as a system, but as an evolving ecosystem that must nurture curiosity, creativity, and character.
A self-driven leader with a clear vision and a strong sense of responsibility, he believes in leading by example and motivating teams with purpose and direction. His aim for DRS World School Vanasthalipuram is to create a joyful, value-based, and learner-centric environment where every child can truly explore, thrive, and discover their potential.
